Office Premiere provides ongoing executive and operational support to a growing Philadelphia nonprofit serving formerly incarcerated women and their families. Our work includes sponsorship outreach, board and stakeholder communications, event coordination, consultant management, administrative and financial tracking, executive correspondence, meeting coordination, grant support, and organizational documentation. Most recently, Office Premiere supported the coordination of a major anniversary and graduation celebration that welcomed 276 attendees.

02 | Building the Infrastructure Behind a National Faith & Justice Initiative
What We’re Helping Them Accomplish
Office Premiere works alongside executive leadership to provide the operational infrastructure needed to manage national programs, partnerships, campaigns, events, and stakeholder relationships. Our current support includes coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, managing stakeholder communications, developing project work plans, organizing participant data, supporting fundraising strategy, managing follow-up campaigns, and keeping major initiatives moving from idea to execution. Following a national training initiative involving approximately 350 participants, Office Premiere helped coordinate participant certificates and digital credentials. We are also supporting the operational planning of a GivingTuesday campaign designed to provide direct support to mothers.

What We’re Helping Them Accomplish
Office Premiere provides administrative and program coordination for a national faith-based initiative bringing together children, families, clergy, educators, researchers, volunteers, facilitators, and organizational partners. We help coordinate meetings, stakeholder communications, participant availability, program logistics, volunteer requirements, deadlines, follow-up communications, and leadership coordination. Our support has included administrative coordination surrounding a multi-day youth summit, volunteer preparation and training, leadership communications, and continuing education programming involving participants from across the country.
